1989 is the better record. It has a variety of flavours which is why the majority of her singles were successful
25's songs sound the same for the most part and it's just more dull in general.

But, it hasn't outlasted 25 considering 25 is still currently doing better. Although I doubt the 25 era will last as long as 1989 due to it's larger start.
Both huge eras overall though.
