DESPITE being in the middle of her GCSE exams, one Knutsford teenager is preparing to have the biggest - and most drastic - haircut of her life.



Martha, of Manchester Road in Knutsford, said: "Ever since Jessie J shaved her head a few years ago it's been a life goal of mine to have my hair cut and donate it to charity.

"I've been growing my hair since I was in year five, when I had my hair in a bob, and I've never really wanted to have it trimmed.

"Having it cut and donating it to The Little Princess Trust will be a fresh start for me - a new look and a new outlook and I'm looking forward to it."

Martha's haircut, which will be taking place on Saturday, May 28 - the day after her year 11 prom.

TBH Jessie was doing so much it was difficult to report on!! It was a huge emotional rollercoaster. Throughout the Alive era I basically wanted to kill myself but then Bang Bang came out and that summer I was on a high. It was amazing. I'm so happy to stan for Jessie and everything she represents. Her career is only beginning and if her next era brings a hit as impactful and great as BB I think she'll finally be taken seriously on this site... like she is everywhere else! And as a heartbeat I do think its my duty to make sure that happens.
