I've lived in China for quite a while
I've been to a lot of places in both northern and southern China and I've never seen a restaurant or market that sells dog meat.
From what I've witnessed and experienced, most Chinese people don't dogs, dog eating culture is exclusive to a few certain regions.
Some people just love to portray Chinese people as [s]dog-eating[/s] evil commies, it's crazy.
Im not going to sit here and pretend like they don't treat people like dirt in China, so....
Once you cut out red meats (Beef, Lamb, Pork, etc) there is not much gain to be had.
If everyone did this I'd be very happy - but don't forget, that graph only looks at animal agriculture's environmental impact through the prism of resource consumption, and fails to mention other impacts.
