Oh, you mean "shy shy shy" Sana!? Yeah, she's my bias…
The most common criticism is that none of them can sing, not even the leader/main vocalist. They're vocally sound and there really isn't much of a gap between the non-vocalists on their vocal skills. Hell, one of the dancers can actually hold her own and one of the rappers can blow! Even the visual has some vocal talent!
Yeah Sana ! I feel like she's the best dancer of the group, and her stage presence >>>>
So I'm understanding from your post that some of the members are only there as "back up dancer" almost, some are required to sing, some not ?
I think the Japanese versions of Genie, Gee, Oh, Hoot, Run Devil Run and Mr. Taxi are superior.
Definitely agree with Genie. Though I prefer Gee in Korean. I don't really care about Hoot or Oh! RDR is a bop no matter what language it's in. Mr.Taxi is originally Japanese and imo I think it sounds better in Japanese.
Speaking of Mr.Taxi and RDR @FBF you should listen to Mr.Taxi and Run Devil Run.

Technically, yes, but, because it's K-Pop, every girl must sing at least one line, even if it's with the singers and not solo… Which is why you'll see idols like Yoona & Yuri from SNSD or Victoria from f(x) hardly sing in their respective songs…

I'm glad in K-Pop groups they make everyone sing, even if it's only one line.
I find it so annoying in J-Pop groups when only 3 members sing in a group of like 8 members or something.

I usually do, too. The only group that changed my mind about that was WSJN… they sometimes don't let Cheng Xiao even sing anything, and, for some reason, made me like her even more! I mean, Cheng Xiao is my bias from WSJN; something about her moves are just captivating!
