That old hag is revolting, as if africans came to the Americas by their own free will, and she might aswell go back to Europe, the absolute nerve of some people, racist trash.
She is despicable but why fire her? Like, what does her personal view/opinion has to do with how well she gets the job done?
Because employees represent the company and companies have the right to protect their reputation. She can continue expressing her racist opinions while being unemployed and not representing someone else's company.
