Since I was a kid I've always been obsessed with two Pokémons, Pichu and Mew, my question is there ANY way to have them in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon? I'm talking especially for Mew at this point.
The last Pokémon game I played with was Pokémon Pearl where I completed the Pokédex, but someone stole that game, oh well.
Now, after almost 10 years, I'm extremely tempted to buy Pokémon Moon, but I need to know if I'll be able to have my two babies on it. :3

There's no way to know that yet. Very unlikely for Mew, though. Especially since they just did a distribution of it for Gen 6.
Yeah, I just realized that... Do we know if we can transfer Pokémon from older games?
Yes, you can just use Poke Bank. Also, you can get a Mew through a glitch on the Gen 1 games available for virtual console (or whatever it is), on the 3DS and transfer it to SM, too. We still don't know the implications for the nature/abilities/IVs etc for those mons tho.

Pichu yes, Mew only by transfering from XY/ORAS, trading or if there's a Mew event for SM

Just one more question, is Locomovolt still possible for Pichu to learn or it remained a 4th Gen thing?
