It was abused and yelled at and kept in a cage by it's previous owner. This is the new owner, destroying it's cage. So it's repeating what it heard by it's old owner.

Birds are one of my favorite animals, I could never ever imagine treating one badly, especially a Cockatoo because they're just dogs with feathers and wings basically...
