This isn't as dangerous as some of y'all are making out, he literally probably doesn't know that he could eat the humans. He's grown up with them his entire life, he probably sees them as his parents or something. It's so cute!
Just like dogs, bears have different personalities and temper. This bear happens to be very gentle and friendly and it doesn't know normal bear behaviours at all, so it not dangerous.
