70% 2-day chance for Colin now. 60% 5-day chance for our first EPac tropical cyclone, though that's down from 80% earlier in the week.

TD Three has formed. Will probably end up being Colin and impacting Florida similar to Debby 2012 or Andrea 2013

This season is already off to a fast start!

We're getting some of Colin here in Miami but my friend that goes to college in Tampa is getting hit hard by it. I'm jealous

TD 1-E has quickly organized and formed. It's the first TC in the EPac this year, and will make landfall shortly.



The other invest in the EPac went from having an 80% chance of becoming a TC last week to having a 30% chance now, and it will encounter less favorable conditions over the next few days. Supremely disappointing, as it wasn't going to affect any land areas.

So Colin is now the earliest third named storm on record, breaking a 129 year old record

Who thinks we will get Danielle before June 23?

And I wonder if the EPAC won't get a proper first storm until after June 21.

TD4 has become Danielle, and it will make landfall today.

Invest 95-L is out there. If it becomes Earl, it will be the first time since 1968 that three named storms formed in June, and it would break Hurricane Emily's record for earliest fifth named storm

TD 2-E has formed, but it is only forecast to be a weak TS.

However, 2 disturbances have high chances of becoming cyclones within the next 5 days, and the Euro likes both becoming hurricanes.
