I'd be kind of surprised if they tweak typing this gen, but Ice, Bug, and Poison are in DIRE need of a few buffs. Ice needs to be resistant to anything other than itself, at the very least Water. Poison doing nothing against Steel is so weird to me, it'd make more sense to it to be super effective. Bug is awful offensively, something like Fairy or Poison needs to be removed from the "not very effective" pool...

Actually, its wonder card text about getting one from Ranger made want something similar for GVII. Like, get a bonus poke for buying an spinoff that has HA or something, or even transfer the dex data between the games. Like, you can get a Loppuny dex info in Moon if caught it in Shuffle(or something like that).

Ice is weak to Fire, Fighting, Steel, and Rock, and it's only resistance is Ice. This is baffling.

Ice should be resistant to Water and Grass, maybe Bug (it should be super-effective against Bug tbh) and Flying. Maybe let it be super-effective against Fairy as well. This still isn't good, but it's not beyond hope.

Mess the inaccuracy with poor Manaphy is real.
