I was taught to boil the teabags in the kettle by my Scottish mother because dunking the tea is the ‘American way'

I just get a cup of hot water and put the tea bag in it
I leave it in the whole time bc I like it strong.

I pour boiling water over the tea bag, let it steep for about five minutes, add honey and mix, then finally add one or two Ricola drops.

I like really strong tea, that I leave the tea bag in there for at least 20-30 minutes until it's lukewarm.
