Geordie Shore's Scotty T has allegedly been arrested for possession of an air weapon in Newcastle on Sunday evening.
Northumbria Police confirmed on Tuesday that a 28-year-old man was arrested and cautioned by officers for having a firearm in a public place.
According to the newspaper, the MTV star is said to have 'appeared distressed' after being 'forced to admit' the he had brandished the air weapon in public
MTV reality star Scotty T - born Scott Timlin - was seen leaving the police station in the early hours of Monday morning.
In the event of a caution, the offence will remain on the star's criminal record, and could mean that he will be denied entry to certain countries; which could prove problematic for Geordie Shore bosses.
Scotty was previously arrested in February 2014 and later appeared before Prestatyn magistrates for allegedly punching Sam Hilson in the head at Rhyl nightclub.
