Until she has more eras marketed as "pop" than "country", she will never be a main pop girl imo. Even if we were considering her a pop girl for whatever reason, she has far less popular songs than the five artists I mentioned. She's a cute tier two pop act for now. The 1989 era almost fizzled out completely after Wildest Dreams despite her pushing two more singles. Not really characteristics of a main pop girl.

Rihanna's album hasn't even scanned 1M worldwide after 4 months. Her tour is bombing. Not really characteristics of a main pop girl.

Taylor makes pop music with pop producers, is labeled pop by the Grammys, and has been releasing pop mixes of her singles since the very first song she put out

Main pop girls should be able to sell albums (Taylor does), singles (Taylor does), tickets (Taylor does) and set records (Taylor does). Her last 2 eras were bigger than most eras by the other girls discussed in this thread

Rihanna has over 10 successful years in the music industry as a pop artist. One "flop" era does not a main pop girl break, just as one "hit" era does not a main pop girl make. Rihanna is doing fine with her 9-week #1 singles anyways.
