I think everyone understands the concept of a "caption this picture" thread, but there's nothing in this photo that's interesting. They're not doing anything interesting, there are no interesting facial expressions, they're just sorta standing there in some questionable outfits. No doubt we're supposed to try and draw some Gaga comparison and stir up some ***** and giggles, but it hardly seems worth our time if the original poster can't even supply us with a picture that has an ounce of personality.
And dead at the Gaga stans (and Bey stans who only like Gaga by association) thinking Ciara and Rihanna deciding to step out in some questionable fashion is some great homage to Gaga. For one, these outfits aren't even that bizarre or extreme that they can really be compared to anything Gaga would try to wear. Rihanna's disgusting dress is simply an intensified version of a puffy 80s prom dress, and with just a little of the fluff taken off of Ciara's outfit, she'd actually have a very refined and sophisticated look. Furthermore, fashion in relation to pop music began to take a much edgier/artistic/futuristic/avant garde (whatever euphemism you want for it) look long before Gaga was even a blip on anyone's radar.
Some people are looking WAY too much into this.
