What do I do You have to get naked at a hot spring and things could get awkward if I tell them I'm gay after we go to the hot spring giosdgidsghihi Also this is on a trip in Japan so I am stuck with them OHDSGOIHGSOIGH I feel like I'm being forced to come out now

Being gay does not mean that you will find any naked man attractive. If your friends are uncomfortable being naked around you just because you're gay, drop their uneducated asses.
I mean... Do you have to tell them? You could just say you're not comfortable enough (with your body, anything) to do that, or you want to do something else. If you want to do it and feel the need to come out, do it beforehand, and that could make them choose to do something else besides going to a hot spring, due to either them being uncomfortable, or realizing that it could make you uncomfortable.
