I've been doing some research on the frutarian diet and it makes sense for humans to eat at least mostly raw fruit. All other animals eat whatever appeals to them in it's raw natural state without any cooking, and what appeals to humans in nature? Fruits! Sweet, juicy, fresh, delicious fruit in it's raw state. It's also in our physiology we have fingers that evolved to pick fruit from trees, eyes that can detect bright colors like reds, yellows, and oranges, we have sugar receptors in our mouths, our bodies are designed to be in hot tropical weather where fruit is available all year round, and our closests reletives each a predominantly fruit diet.
A comparative look at humans to humans, omnivores, herbivores and frugivores. Its quite plane to see for anyone who has no vested interest. That humans are more like herbivores than omnivores and carnivores. It is also apparent that we are more like frugivores than herbivores.

see that's just what I'm trying to explain, i believe fruit is human food since it appeals to us in it's raw state and there's no need to cook it add spices to make it taste good. But of curse everybody has the right to eat whatever they like

I agree on this! We share similar tendencies to frugivores definitely! I don't think we should be daily meat-eaters as omnivores are, but instead it should be an occasional weekly meal! It's better for our health, the animals of course and the environment.
As you said though, we can eat what we want! (as long as it's not each other )
