Honey, he might be playing strong in front of you, but he's probably going through pain too, people deal with that in different ways.
Try to be happy for the moments that you had together and how much you've grown with that relationship, focus on being happy with these things instead of being sad that is over.
And it's okay to take some time to feel sad or to get over it. So you take your time to feel these things, cry and listen to sad music, I think that denying those feelings end up making things worse in the future. Don't feel you have a deadline to feel better.
What you can do right now is focus on things that will distract you, things you like such as shows, movies or any hobbies you have or doing things you haven't done in a while or things you haven't done because you were on the relationship (like seeing a friend, going to a party or concert, having a weekend off to visit some place new, etc).
