Since no one probably knows what it is, it's a display dock for Windows Phones that allow them to use continuum.

Continuum lets you plug your high end Windows Phone into an external dock with keyboard etc and it transforms the UI into something more like Windows 10

Idk why they have this, I have the highest end Windows Phone and I can use continuum wirelessly without display dock.
