Challenge #3
The Pokémon Types Challenge
No, we're not asking you to rewrite the iconic Pokémon theme song. Instead, your challenge is to write a song that corresponds to ONE Pokémon type of your choosing. There are 18 Pokémon types, and you will be able to choose from 17 - Normal isn't being included because it's too broad and indistinctive, sorry Huga!
This challenge is testing your ability to stick to one idea, theme or image (in this case a "type"), and being able to fully develop it. You're going to want to utilize and develop your imagery here, that will be the most important thing for this challenge. With that, some types will be easier than others, and some will be harder than others (like how the types function in the games themselves), so do keep that in mind when making your pick.
If you're feeling stuck, I made up some keywords for each type to get your creative juices flowing. Your songs do NOT need to include these keywords; this is just a resource for you to have.
