LMAO. Don't get mad at me, I'm serious. Either it's a glove or she's wearing some sort of black lace on her hand. From our perspective, it's the hand on the left side of the picture, or HER right hand. That is not a shadow, the shadow is behind the hand, and it's black while the other one is her skin color.
