Idris certainly doesn't look 30ish. His hair and beard already turned gray Stop trying to make him happen.
I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but there's a little thing called hair dye. Also, people in their 20s can also start going grey. You really need to stop pretending like he's an old man who can't play this part. Not only is factually incorrect but it's embarrassing. You don't like him for the role, ok, but saying he's too old for it is literally ridiculous.
They probably want someone who can stay in the role for at least the next decade or more. Daniel Craig got the role at 40 and has only held it for like 8 years and he's already looking so old and haggard.
Saying that though, neither he nor Tom Hiddleston serve MAN to me, like I feel James Bond should.
