A rarity faulty product is bound to happen. I do think J handled the response bad and too personally.

Did you even watch he video? This guy was clearly blaming the AIRPORT not Jefree or condemning his products. Like fave like stan I guess

I can understand why he went off. He probably automatically thought someone was claiming his products to be bad and got mad because he takes it very seriously. Not like Kylie Jenner or some other claim to fame makeup artist.. But in his case, its better to really listen to the details before reacting. He really has some of the best makeup though.

I would have did the same thing, being that Kylie is stepping into the world of makeup based on her money alone. That video shows clear proof that she doesn't take it serious. Jeffree knows if he ever released a product like that, he would be on it immediately.
