It kinda hit me that if this forum was predominately straight. Sexual innuendos towards women wouldn't be warned as it is seen as the norm. I've been on plenty supposed family friendly forums that ban ****ography but wouldn't warn someone for saying "water me"

I sincerely doubt that. If it was a predominately straight forum, ethos would be entirely different. When straight men come together they speak about women any how and it's just seen as common place.
Again, there isn't a forum in the world that censors straights in the same way ATRL censors gays. I'm not saying that make them better, but it's just an observation

Mods, is there a way to permanently ban a member from posting certain threads? I ask that because there is a certain member who constantly makes hateful threads on one artist. And yes, we report them and they get closed. But as soon as one gets closed, the other thread is started. And obviously you guys aren't giving this member any warning points for flamebait or trolling

That's a feature that is not available on the current software we are on. It will be on the upcoming software upgrade to IP4 however.

And I would actually send a HR for that last bit. It's not always clear when someone is being warned or not and it's best not to accuse the staff of anything when you have nothing to show for it.

It's not even because of that. It's purely because this site has a tendency to go way overboard with the vulgar posts when they know it's not allowed. And yet they complain when they get warned for it.

The fact that the posts in question were for guys has little to do with it. Considering that most of the population is gay makes your point moot, if the posts in question were as lewd towards women, they'd be warned all the same. There's no room for things like that when ya'll can get your fix on certain other sites that are available for that nonsense.

Oh and I'll point out that both Athens and Joe are far too busy in their own lives and working on the technicals of ATRL to actually care in the way you assume they are. Athens sets the policies and it's all derived from needing ad money; and as a result, the staff cracks down on all vulgar content.
