More jobs =/= fairer wages. In fact, it's usually the opposite. It's easier to have more workers when you pay them less.

Disney has really good labor unions for their employees, though. Disney employees also typically get paid above minimum wage as most theme park employees do.
I worked in a sales associate position (lowest guest service position) at Walt Disney World in Florida back in 2013 when the minimum wage was around $7.69 and I was getting paid nearly $9 an hour.
I don't know where Bernie is getting this idea that their employees are underpaid. Disney of all companies.
