Demi Lovato has tried out the treatment loved by the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Demi Moore.
The 23-year-old shared a Snapchat video on Tuesday which showed her in a cryotherapy chamber, where temperatures reach as low as -220F.
The treatment is said to burn 800 calories in three minutes and speed up metabolism
