Today on the Nick Grimshaw show on Radio1, they spoke about the new X-Factor panel and decided to go harder on Nicole.

Grimshaw said "this panel never happened before, even tho it feels like it has.... Oh, they never been ~together and that's what makes it so fun and new. Exciting!!!" He was being shady as **** even tho he was the one fired from the show and Nicole was offered the job.
