The whole point of singles (traditionally) has been for album promo, and if the album already has a whole bunch of promo in itself and is selling well, then... why would she push her singles?

The songs have potential see Sorry doing great on US and Hold Up doing great in UK but without Spotify she's holding them down and they won't show full potential.

Yes, and it's annoying. I understand that she doesn't care about single success, and hasn't for years now, but it would be nice for her to put videos up - at the very least. It's really her decision in the end. She doesn't need radio, or hit singles, though. Which is why she has pretty much abandoned it.

Well, for a few years now I have learned to accept two things and one of them is that she doesn't really care about her single's chart performance.

The other one is that she ain't giving interviews and explain herself or her music. She is an artist and performer and the music and the videos are doing the talking.

And she doesn't need these things anyway since she is slaying left and right.

Beyoncé was Radio Artist and the Hot 100 female artists of the 2000s. Just set a few hot 100 records in one week with the release of Lemonade. You can't expect much if the songs aren't on Sporify or VEVO which is how the charts work today.

I totally ignored that post. They obviously have no idea what they are talking about if they consider Bey's singles success "hit-or-miss". It became hit-or-miss when she decided to not give a ****. Before that she accumulated 5 #1 hits, and broke radio records.

Beyonce can only do so much. R&B isn't the most popular genre on the radio like it was in the 2000s when she got hits. Sasha was a hit machine cos she went pop, but I doubt she'll do that ever again so yeah bye bye singles for Beyonce.

Only Madonna could be described as having a long career after her last #1 from this list. But I totally get and understand your point, and anybody who thinks Bey hasn't had massive success since 2008 is hugely deluded.

i think YA'LL should be concerned w/ YA'LLS own faves and where they'll be when they're 35 (some of them already are or swiftly approaching ) instead of worrying about Beyoncé's chart positions bc whether it's singles, albums, on the stage, off it, on the moon or under the sea Beyoncé is not LOSING, not to any ATRL try hard's opinion or one of her contemporaries for that matter

I didn't expect the songs to do better tbh. She has been all about albums + touring for the last few years, and it doesn't look like if that is going to change anytime soon.

It's true that she could get some hits if she wants to, even if she prefers to focus on tour + album, Taylor for example sold more albums and toured sold out stadiums and still managed to get huge single success, but it seems like Beyonce doesn't even care anymore at this point.
