Can someone explain this to me please? I've seen gays (both irl and online) call straight guys "gay" and the f-word and they do it in a derogatory manner? I don't get that, isn't that a bit self-loathing and also really rude? I'm confused.
I had a straight friend who, while he wasn't that homophobic, he would say some pretty ****ed up **** at times. I used to call him the f-word all the time because he used it frequently to describe others.
