Her manager just confirmed this to me.

She did a Kickstarter thing back in 2014 to be able to fund recording and putting out the album, but hasn't done anything just yet. She raised like 43K and promised packages with the album release, and people are sketched out by it, but it's confirmed that she will release soon and will give her fans what they paid for.
