Nothing impressive about it considering it's radio-driven.
Not even top 50 on iTunes

Pillowtalk sold more than a million and rank #8 at YTD digital sales this year. And I read somewhere currently #8 on pop radio YTD chart.
And his streaming still good.
it's impressive since people called it will be a HIAM/PoM chart run after it debut at #1 for a week.

It's very impressive. Zayn is the first British man to achieve this kind of longevity on the BB HOT100.
Sales were frontloaded so it's normal that after 4 months its biggest pull is radio

The first four are over 2 million, with Sorry near 2.4 million and Love Yourself about to pass 2.5 million. LY could reach 3 million before the year ends, with Sorry and My House getting to 2.5 million. Stitches and Stressed Out will probably reach 2.5 million if they don't slow down too much.

Yes, and I STRONGLY believe an album must be available for sale for inclusion in the BB 200. ANTI had a very weak first week (under 300 copies), and Pablo has sold <1k in every week but its first, but both are still available for sale. An album not available for sale shouldn't be allowed to chart.

That's no different than the outdated rule before late 90's that "a song couldn't chart unless it was on sale, it couldn't be airplay only". Just as they realized many huge hits wouldn't be available for sale yet were still popular, they are realizing in the future many huge albums might not be for sale yet will still be popular.
The way people consume music has changed. UK also realized, and changed their rules this week to allow streaming only albums.

Yes. Adele was #1 with 21 at least some of the weeks RITD, SLY, and SFTTR were at #1.
EDIT: US only, my mistake. IHype is correct.

I agreed with the Hot 100 allowing non-commercial songs to enter on airplay alone, since the Hot 100 was supposed to combine the metrics. However, on an album chart where the primary points should come from sales, not having the album commercially available AT ALL should prevent it from charting. Let the songs chart on the OSS & HSS Charts, but not a non-available album on an albums chart. BTW, you probably saw BB specifically mentioned the ODS totals for One Dance today.

How did this just flop after such a massive week?

Also, Clarkson was 8 months pregnant and physically unable to do much promo. I really hope she'll start promoting PBP again now that she's had her baby, as I think there's still a chance to save the song.

Billboard 200 is like the Hot 100 now, though. It combines metrics of albums that are officially released. Just as on Hot 100 some songs are airplay-fueled, sales-fueled, and streaming-fueled on Billboard 200 there's now albums streaming-fueled, sales-fueled, and track sale-fueled. In the future lots of big albums will receive releases on Streaming only first (exclusives, then on sale a week or two later) and lots of albums will be streaming only forever and say a huge artist like Adele or Bieber did it (obviously not happening, but just a scenario) it's undoubtable they'd have one of the most popular and consumed albums in the country so it should be represented on the chart even if there's no sales.
And thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice. I'll check.

Not really bad, just highly unusual. Most #1 songs with long T10 runs spend about 1/2 the time in the T3 and most of their run in the T5. Pillow may have had another week/two at #5 I'm not counting, which would put T5 weeks at 4/5. The song's chart run has been rather strange, that's all.
