Except that fur isn't a necessity. We can get warmth through other clothes which are just as effective and "fashion" isn't an excuse to kill.
Everything is about choice. But we're not allowed to choose EVERYTHING, that's why we have laws. Can we choose to kill? Sure, but hopefully you'll end up in prison if you do (or if you're in the States you might be executed)
We're allowed to choose to eat meat because it's the most significant source of protein, and therefore necessary to our health.
Fur products should be banned. PETA can be annoying, but their "wrath" over fur is quite justified. Wearing fur just seems archaic in the 21st century, it isn't necessary anymore.
