One of my friends went bipolar because her vegan diet messed up her endocrine system,
She couldn't control her emotion and temper..
She just randomly got pissed by nothing and gradually pushed a lot of her friends away (I'm one of them)
I heard she quit vegan last year, and her condition is much better right now.
Maybe that's why vegans are sometimes a little bit out of control...

I'm not saying Vegan life style is bad, but I think it's not for everyone
I can't be vegan or vegetarian, because the vegetarian protein substitutes are mostly soy bean products, which contain isoflavones, a substance works like estrogen in your body.
For some medical reasons, I have to take anti-estrogen medicines to keep my hormone level balanced,
eat soy bean products more than 2 or 3 times a week is definitely a NO for me..

Because animals suffer from a lot of cruelty and I guess we meat-eaters support that indirectly -- I do understand why. But sometimes it gets too much
Meat-eaters are too much too. My sister is vegan and people literally question and harass her at work and I don't understand why we can't respect eachothers diets. It's nobody's business what somene wants to eat. I fully respect vegans and vegetarians but you can't constantly jab at someone who doesn't wanna be educated. Ditto for meat-eaters.

If you're ever interested - please know that veg*nism isn't about "protein substitutes", all foods (minus 0.0001% of processed goods) will contain protein! As a challenge - whenever you're out, take a look at nutrition label on goods (or google fruit / veg levels). As surprising as it is, you'll be hard pressed finding protein-free foods (and even drinks)!
