Yes there are two sides to the argument, however dozens upon dozens of celebritites have come forward saying that Luke is a power-hungry, greedy man. Does that prove he is a rapist? Not at all, but it surely sheds some doubt that he is 100% innocent against Kesha's claims. I have never called Dr. Luke a rapist, even though I believe Kesha, but you have to use a bit of common sense in cases like these that help indicate whats true and whats not.
You do understand Dr. Luke is still in charge of her though? He gets to say what goes on her albums, what singles she is allowed to release/promotion etc.. she will never have artistic control under him. And no doubt he would sabotage her after everything.
