RAWM is probably the best pop song to ever flop tbh.
I don't know why. I think Carly doesn't resonate well with the GP (for whatever reason) and in this case, the fact that RAWM wasn't the lead single, the fact that her live performances were uneventful and the video was bad and also the fact that radio had basically decided not to support her before the era even began (did they even give IRLY a proper chance despite it doing decently on iTunes?) all made matters worse
I can proudly say it was ahead of its time, to be honest. It wasn't so commercialized. You had to really be a music lover, be a true fan of music and the love of being open to really appreciate that record. It's just a special piece in Carly's body of work that will forever live on. The older the record gets the more people will come to appreciate it actually and check it out.
