Why is Ice always so disrespected? You can never get them until late in the game when you've already built a kickass team (except like Aurorus and **** like that). And they give Ice Beam to pretty much every Water type. INTOLERANCE.

Some Normal types, most Water types and a few other individual Pokemon can, but that's it.

In my opinion, Ice either needs a defensive buff on the type chart, or Ice Pokemon to be actually offensively competent.
