yes, sorta.
the flashing colors are too bright and you always see the pixels/pattern when you make gifs like that in Photoshop.

It's not UHQ, but the quality is pretty good. If I ever take my avi from an LQ video, I tend to sharpen it anyway so it never looks too bad.
