Can some of y'all stop using warning tags for things that have happened in the show? I'm always afraid to click on them just to find out that it's about something that happened in the last episode.

It's like the Stark kids being Stark and Tully because of their mom but they go by Stark because of their dad's last name. Same for the Tyrell's.

Loras is going to carry the family name since he is the only male heir, him and Margaery have no brothers on the show, in the books they do which is why they want to steal Sansa away so she can marry Willas the older brother and heir to Highgarden, but in the TV show they just made Loras the sole male heir.

Mace, Alerye, Loras and Margaery are all Tyrells.

The same way that Catelyn was born a Tully, but once she married Ned she became a Stark, Alerye is now Alerye Tyrell.

In the show they had to condense the ammount of characters because of the sheer number of the people in the universe and some characters were cut for TV purposes, Willas is the heir of House Tyrell in the books, he was the one Margaery wanted to marry Sansa to (In the show it was Loras), Willas suffered an accident when he was a kid and he's now a cripple, like Bran, but he's one of the most kind and generous men in the books, and many fans still to this day want Sansa to end up with him, he'd make her very happy, and Garland is the next one, he is big, buff, strong, gallant and kind. Then comes Margaery and the baby is Loras who is the most beautiful one.

She is Kinvara a red priestess like Melissandre who has been sent to aid Daenerys in a similar way that Mel was sent to stannis

The Hightowers taking over the Reach is something that would happen in the books if all Tyrells would die, but this likely won't happen in the books since Willas and Garlan are in safety in Highgarden I think.

But the show will introduce us to Randyl Tarly, who in the books is one of the most powerful lords in the Reach. So if Cersei kills all the Tyrells in her madness I'd expect Randyl to take over the Reach and its army in the show.
He is described as one of the realms best military strategists, so he could be the shows Tywin 2.0.

Yes, the whole thing leaked past weeks. And it was confirmed by the last episode being 100% right with the spoilers about Osha's death and Dany's scenes.
