Is it because WWE regrets not making Torrie Wilson the first Diva's Championship?

Because Lita isn't there anymore.

Because the women who were in the company didn't deserve the womens belt so they needed a lower class butterfly disaster to suit kelly kelly and eve torres.

Honestly, I do not like the look of the new Women's title at all!! The old one looks FAR better than the new one. Come on!!

A lot of the women hated the term "Diva" because they felt it was derogatory. And I mean the pink butterfly belt was extremely tacky so I can understand why many didn't think of the title is valuable.

The Women's Championship is and has always been more prestigious. Trish vs. Lita, Michelle vs. Mickie, Molly vs. Victoria, etc. etc.

Some of the women who joined the roster post-Women's Championship retirement wanted to add their own names to that iconic lineage but instead had to be included in the Diva's title history; History that includes the likes of Kelly Kelly and Brie Bella

cuz that title looked like a 5 year old girls project.

I liked the Divas Title. They need to to have 2 titles, so there can be more storylines for the women.

To be fair, when i think of Womens Champion i think of Lita, Trish, Victoria, Jazz etc

WWE let all the wrong Divas win the Divas championship. The only decent Divas champions were Melina, Michelle Mccool, Mickie James and Beth Phoenix. (ironically they were all also former Womens champs before they retired it)
