this is gonna get taken down in the supreme court really quickly. it's so dumb when states try to circumvent national laws like that's actually going to be successful

actually, the ironic thing is, a woman who performs an unsafe abortion herself and eliminates the fetus anyway wouldn't be committing a crime (at least i don't think so) under this law, but a safe procedure would be illegal. what kind of logic is that?
