I dislike aspects of my job but its not too bad because i know i wont have it forever, my last job i truly hated and it started to make me depressed.

Wow. You are giving up being a lawyer? Doesn't it take many years to study to get into that, yeah it does sound like a boring job but it's also one of the most respected ones.

Anyway it's good that you choose personal happiness over your job since most people I know hate their jobs but they stay anyway. Good luck to you on your future and hopefully it works out in the end

True, It can be depressing to go to a job you hate. Especially if you are working hard for little pay.

Three extra years of school, thousands of dollars in student loan debt, and a bar review course & exam just to help people and corporations that you loathe save money and stay out of trouble with little to no thanks from your superiors for years on end. Sound like fun?

Most of the people I know who truly love practicing law are masochists or they're one of the fortunate few who specialize in an area that allows them to actually help people. One positive of transitioning into a different field is that I will always be a lawyer as long as I'm paying my fees and taxes. So, I will likely be doing both for a little bit as I transition. I also didn't have to take a real estate course before the exam because I covered most of the same material in my law school courses.

I did and I quit. Bad managers, but looking for a new one. Already have a few interviews so, yeah. /shrugs

Currently unemployed, but Ive hated every single job Ive had. I guess that's why I quit the past four of them by just not showing up and giving no notice at all. Ooops, lol. I have an interview on Friday for a full time job very close to me. I may not like it, but it'll be a decent paycheck with a great discount at the store. Wish me luck

No, cuz I get free food, a good paycheck, and I get to listen to music all day long.

It was a retail job at a mom & pop paint store in my small hometown.. it was just so boring and not me.. it wasnt a very social, fast moving job and I was the youngest employee there so I didnt get to vibe with any co-workers.... At my new job we all have a lot of fun, ive met so many people and have gotten starter connections from it. It has a big social aspect since its customer service and its just a fun job to have throughout school.

I work as a marketing intern for a tech startup.

The job itself is fine as it's in the field I want to get into, but there's no chance for me to get a full time position in my company and there's no social aspect to it at all.

Since I just graduated I need to get full time work asap.

I have two jobs, one at a call center and the other at a bail bonding company. At the call center i make over $20 an hour to sit and make appointments for people at clinics. At the bail bonding company i make roughly anywhere from $300-$600 a day and i pretty much just sit around since my family member owns it.

Depends on the day, but for the most part...no.

I work in fast food. Overall, I don't hate it. It gets a little stressful and overwhelming sometimes, but it's not the worst thing in the world.
