She shouldn't have signed a recording contract, then. You sign over your performing rights, the rights to your music, etc. Kesha's not the only one under these restrictions. The difference is that Kesha is waging a public war against her record label and its owner, so naturally they're going to restrict her from having public platforms to trash them.
