CFTS deserved better tbh.

Well...CFTS was a great great song, but it does not sound like a "number one". Maybe in the top ten however.

Well it SHOULD have hit #1 because it's a major bop, too bad

She needs better A&R people. Go the Ariana route. Release an album full of radio ready hits and then try for a #1 song.

It was pretty visable she was chasing charts this era and I don't blame ha. CFtS is one of the best songs released last year and it was robbed

But... what made them/her think Confident was going to become a huge hit? I'm still mad at them releasing a song that leaked like two weeks before. At least she could have tried with the other bangers in the album (Old Ways and KC).

But anyway, CFTS eventually became a hit after all. And Confident is a mediocre hit at best.

Someone should tell her that she could have gotten higher peaks this era with better streaming, it wasn't the songs' fault at all. Both ended up doing better than we (not her, I guess) expected.

Well the song had what it takes to get a hit, they made a mistake with the timetable and the release of the video... She should have released video and song at the same time in May...
