Millions of white people all over the world love Formation and will continue to listen to it, dance to it, sing along to it, etc. It's not going to become illegal.

I agree tbh. There are a plethora of people of POC who are massively talented who aren't getting hired. People could easily start companies hiring these people and out-compete the white-only companies (who are missing out on some of the best potential employees).
