Both sides need to just cut their losses and walk away. This case will continue to stall and go nowhere.

So her LA case is pending on the new york one? the one where all but one claim got tossed. That doesn't sound good.

All I'm saying is if I were him I would let her go. What is to be gained by keeping her locked in a contract against her will? I wouldn't wanna work with someone or have them under my label if they accused me of rape, regardless of truth

This case isn't stalling at all tho, there's been several judgements all in his favor, her allegations ruined his rep and he's still in control and making money off of her. Why would he walk away

He's already allowed to do what he wants, she's the one that's in a legal strangle hold.

Clearing your name when you're accused of rape is kind of important.

But beyond that, if he were to just give up and let Kesha go, some other label would be profiting off of her at a time when she's being talked about more than ever. More importantly, they'd be profiting off of the HUGE investment he made to get her career off the ground in the first place. It's throwing money away to let her go. He has reasons to keep fighting.

I don't get the people saying Luke should just walk away , aside from his career being possibly ruined walking away would be seen as admission of guilt. He is fighting for his truth just as she is .
