Clearing your name when you're accused of rape is kind of important.
But beyond that, if he were to just give up and let Kesha go, some other label would be profiting off of her at a time when she's being talked about more than ever. More importantly, they'd be profiting off of the HUGE investment he made to get her career off the ground in the first place. It's throwing money away to let her go. He has reasons to keep fighting.
