Any twitter stan can use a BMI registration and then claim that a new song is coming out. She hasn't even confirmed herself that she's performing, much less releasing a brand new single during a legal battle.
The title makes me think this will be about her feelings re abuse. Tori Amos's Me & A Gun is a good example of a song about sexual assault that's moving, authentic & timeless. Kesha's capable of doing something equally powerful, maybe even more, but only if a lot of thought is put into this. I could be over calling this and it's gonna be a bop, but if she's gonna address that issue, for her own sake, I hope she's putting her best ideas forward & it's not just a quickly assembled diss at Luke timed to capitalize on her PR situation.
