Women in Saudi Arabia and women in the UAE live completely different lives and if you spent less time
trying to be a troll on the internet, you would know this.
Saudi Arabia: Women have the PRIORITY in everything, sure they can't drive or leave the country without a sign off of their male guardian (husband/father)
which isn't islam nor do I agree with.
UAE: Women are equal to men, they can do everything men do including the decision to wear or not wear the hijab without thinking twice about another person's viewpoint or thought.
I respectfully tell you that you should educate yourself on matters, especially when you're
pretending to be an advocate for women's rights.
Also, to reply to your initial question, Islam says that a woman should "obey" (use the term loosely) her husband and father,
the man that pulled her hijab is neither.
