I dunno the exact reason why, but the most popular theory is that Germany needs cheap workers right now like they did during the "Wirtschaftswunder" after WW2. And these refugees are extra cheap since Germany doesn't have to pay transport costs.

All the people thinking Germany is letting all these people in just because it is "a nice country now", or "because it is ethically correct to do it" have no ****ing clue. That's not how countries or humans in general work.
