Okay so it took me a bit of reading to understand what's going on and it's basically the whole story so if you don't want spoilers of the documentary don't read. Okay so:

Spoiler; the person behind all this is David D'Amato, a 54 year old male who is a convicted internet fraudster. He had asked a 17 year old college student to do tickling videos and the boy agreed, but when the boy stopped, D'Amato DDos'd the college and thus an FBI investigation started which resulted in his conviction.

This David guy went to jail because of this and after he was released about a decade later he started this Jane O'Brien media thing and he must be really rich cause he pays guys to fly to LA and shoot tickling videos to be released online for free. This journalist wanted to do a story about his/her website but David responded in a bullying way so the journalist started researching and digging up on him and eventually figured out it's not some woman called Jane producing harmless tickling videos - it's this guy David who has blackmailed, abused, tortured and done lots of ****** things to boys online and got quite popular and hated in the tickling community. So he made a documentary about it which I believe tells this story and in the end the truth is revealed.
