No. Not only do you typically need the same number of chromosomes between to animals to create a hybrid, you also need a high degree of genetic similarity. No human-animal hybrid has been successfully created (i.e. an egg actually fertilized) in the history of science. Additionally, it's very likely that even if it's possible at all, it would be restricted to hominids or "apes" (superfamily Hominoidea) in general.
