Storm was with Wolverine in the comics until his death lmao. Black Panther and Ororo haven't been married since AvX. And even if the MCU went that route they obviously can't use her unless they cut a deal with Fox (if that happens I hope Beast and Wolverine are part of the deal too since they're also Avengers).

Lupita will probably end up being the head of the Dora Milaje (BP's personal all-female bodyguards and potential queens).

Storm is primarily Xmen and she was in Avengers comics for like a second so they can't use her. It's completely different than the Maximoff twins situation.
